Digital Certificate

This professional training credential certifies that the recipient has completed Renacer Foundation's combined training in Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation Prevention and Florida mandated reporting, covering Chapter 39 and Chapter 415 of the Florida Statutes. The ANE module is delivered by Senior Resource Alliance, Central Florida's Area Agency on Aging for Planning and Service Area 7, serving Orange, Osceola, Brevard, and Seminole counties under the Older Americans Act and the Florida Department of Elder Affairs. The mandated reporting module follows the Florida Department of Children and Families "Lead the Way" curriculum, sourced to Florida Statutes Chapter 39, the HHS HIPAA Privacy Rule (45 CFR § 164.512), and the FERPA Health and Safety Emergency Exception. The recipient has completed the full training and passed a knowledge exam administered by Renacer Foundation faculty. Training records are maintained on file within Renacer's PUENTES Workforce Training program, authorized by the Florida Certification Board as a Sole Source Provider under designation 5580-A, effective January 27, 2026.
