Digital Certificate

The Certified Information Governance Officer/AI is the gold standard for AI Governance training, mentoring, and testing. It is based on a holistic, cross-functional approach leveraging the foundational principles of IG, the IG Reference Model, best practices, and emerging AI Governance standards.  In order to earn this certification, the candidate demonstrated the practical knowledge, skillsets, and experience needed to lead the AI Governance discipline.

Earning Criteria:

CIGO/AI candidates must pass a timed, proctored, 100-question examination with a minimum 70% score, and maintain the certification with 20+ hours per year of Continuing Education credits (CE Credits).  The certification needs to be renewed every 2 years.
