Issue Certificates from Zoom Meeting Participants

How to Connect:

1. 1 Navigate to app.issuebadge.com/app/zoom/connect
2. 2 Click "Connect with Zoom" button
3. 3 Log in to your Zoom account
4. 4 Authorize IssueBadge to access meeting data
5. 5 You'll be redirected back to IssueBadge dashboard

What We Access:

• Meeting list and details
• Participant names and emails
• Attendance duration data

Import Process:

1. 1 Go to Zoom Dashboard in IssueBadge
2. 2 Click "Import Meetings" button
3. 3 System imports last 30 days of meetings
4. 4 View imported meetings in table format

Meeting Information Imported:

• • Meeting ID and topic
• • Date and duration
• • Host information
• • Number of participants
• • Meeting type (regular/webinar)

Import Participants:

1. 1 Find your meeting in the list
2. 2 Click "Import Attendance" button
3. 3 System fetches all participant data
4. 4 Participants with emails are imported
5. 5 Success message shows import count

Participant Data Captured:

• • Full name
• • Email address
• • Join time
• • Leave time
• • Total duration attended
• • Participation percentage

Access Recipients:

1. 1 Click "View Recipients" for imported meeting
2. 2 Navigate to recipient management page
3. 3 View all imported participants
4. 4 Filter or edit recipient list if needed

Recipient Management:

• • Add additional recipients manually
• • Remove unqualified participants
• • Edit recipient information
• • Set attendance criteria
• • Group recipients by categories

Certificate Generation:

1. 1 Click "Issue Certificate/Badge" button
2. 2 Select or create certificate template
3. 3 Customize certificate fields:
   • • Participant name
   • • Meeting topic
   • • Date attended
   • • Duration/hours
   • • Custom message
4. 4 Preview certificate design
5. 5 Click "Issue Certificates" to generate

Delivery Options:
