Industries we build credentials for

Ten audience pages, each written for the way that industry actually issues certificates and badges. The platform is the same across all of them. The vocabulary, the standards bodies and the regulatory edges are not, so the pages are not either.

What every industry uses, regardless of vertical

The audience changes; the underlying mechanics do not. These four capabilities show up on every industry page above because every credential issuer needs them.

Verification page

Each certificate has a unique URL and QR. The page shows issuer, recipient, date and credential type. Tamper-evident, the practical difference between a printed PDF and a verifiable credential.

CSV bulk issuance

Upload a list of names, the certificate is generated for each row, and recipients get an email with a download link. Most batches run from 30 to a few thousand.

LMS and HRIS integration

SCORM, xAPI, REST API. Connect Canvas, Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Moodle, Docebo, BambooHR or your in-house system without rebuilding workflows.

White-label and brand control

Verification pages on your domain, certificates on your template, no platform watermark. Required for hotel chains, district-level Rotary, university registrars and franchise networks.

Common questions about picking an industry page

Why do you split this by industry instead of one generic page?

Because the workflow is the same but the language, regulations and credentialing bodies are not. A flight school worries about Part 141 graduation; a hospital worries about ACCME and ANCC. Writing one generic page would force every audience to translate it. Ten focused pages do the translation up front.

If my industry is not listed, can I still use IssueBadge?

The platform is industry-agnostic. The pages above are the audiences we have written guides for, not the only ones we serve. Real estate, financial services, non-profits, government training and trade associations are all common. If you want a guide written for your industry, send a note to support and we will prioritize the next page based on what comes in.

Which industry page should I read if my work spans more than one?

Start with the one that matches the audience receiving the certificate. A hospital running a CME program for nurses should start with Healthcare. A corporate L&D team running compliance training across functions should start with Corporate Training. The other pages cross-link freely, so jumping is one click.

Do you charge differently per industry?

Pricing is by volume, not industry. The free tier covers small batches across all ten audiences. Paid plans scale on monthly issuance, white-label features and API access.

Are the certificates verifiable across industries?

Every certificate has a unique verification URL and QR code. The verification page shows the issuer, the recipient, the date and the credential type. The same verification flow works whether the certificate came from a flight school, a hospital, a Rotary club or a coding bootcamp.
