Questions about pricing
- What counts as a badge issued?
- Every certificate or badge you send to a recipient counts as one. Designing templates, previewing, and re-sending an email for a badge you already issued do not.
- What happens when I reach 1,000 in a month?
- Issuing pauses until the next month, or email support@issuebadge.com and we will size a plan for the volume you need.
- Is there a free tier?
- There is no free plan, but you get 20 free credits when you sign up, with no card required, so you can issue real certificates before paying anything.
- What is the difference between Lifetime and Lifetime Advanced?
- Both are a one-time payment for the same limits as Pro: 1 organization and 1,000 badges a month. Lifetime includes up to 10 certificate templates. Lifetime Advanced raises that to 100 templates (more on request) and adds white-label branding, sending from your own SMTP server, Okta and SAML single sign-on, a customized landing page and button, and hands-on onboarding where we set the account up with you.
- What does "1 organization" mean?
- One issuing organization on the account: one name, logo and set of templates that appear on your certificates. If you issue on behalf of several brands or departments, email us for a custom plan.
- Are single sign-on and the LMS integrations extra?
- The Canvas and Moodle LTI tool is included on every plan. Okta and SAML single sign-on and SCIM provisioning come with Lifetime Advanced and Enterprise.
- Do you offer a nonprofit discount?
- Yes. Email support@issuebadge.com from your organization's address and tell us what you do. We will give you credits or a discount.
- Can I cancel?
- Pro is month to month or year to year through Stripe and you can cancel any time from Billing. Lifetime plans have nothing to cancel.
