Frequently asked questions
What is a credit?
1 credit = 1 badge issued. When you issue a badge to a recipient, 1 credit is deducted from your balance. Updating or resending an already-issued badge does not cost additional credits (on PAYG and Enterprise plans).
Do credits expire?
No! Credits never expire. Buy them when you need them and use them whenever you're ready.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You'll be notified when your balance is low. Simply purchase more credits to continue issuing badges. On the Free plan, you can also earn credits through sharing, reviews, and referrals.
Who qualifies for the Enterprise plan?
The Enterprise plan is available to registered nonprofits and startups with less than $2M in annual revenue. It's our way of supporting organizations that make a difference.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade from Free to Pay As You Go or Enterprise at any time. Your existing credits carry over when you upgrade.
Do you offer refunds?
Since credits don't expire, we don't offer refunds on credit purchases. However, if you're not satisfied, contact support and we'll work with you.
