A note on scope. This tool issues internal, site-specific training-completion certificates. The OSHA-recognized Outreach Training Program cards, ISO lead auditor accreditations issued by IRCA or Exemplar Global, ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and AWS welder qualification papers are issued by their respective bodies after their own examinations. Most plants use those external credentials for a small group of leads and use this platform for the broader frontline workforce.

How a plant runs a quarterly batch
The first batch usually takes about fifteen minutes. After that the same template ships every quarter without anyone touching the design. The hardest part is pulling a clean roster out of your HRIS or LMS, and we have an import template for the common formats.

You upload a roster, the certificate is generated for each operator, and the verification page shows the recipient, date, course and issuing site.
Does this issue actual OSHA, ISO or ASQ Six Sigma certifications?
No, and it is important to be clear about this. Recognized OSHA outreach trainer cards are issued by OSHA-authorized trainers through the OSHA Outreach Training Program. ISO 9001 lead auditor accreditations are issued by IRCA, Exemplar Global and similar bodies. ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt is issued by the American Society for Quality after a proctored exam. AWS welding qualifications are issued under AWS D1.1 by accredited test facilities. What this platform records is internal training-completion: a named operator finished your site's annual LOTO refresher, your forklift evaluation, your IATF 16949 internal auditor course. This is the document an EHS officer presents during a customer or third-party audit.
Can a plant issue 1,200 certificates after a quarterly safety refresher?
Yes. Most plants we work with run 200 to 1,500 frontline operators per quarterly OSHA refresher and the workflow handles batches that size on a single CSV upload. You drop in employee ID, name, shift, course code and completion date, and certificates are generated and emailed (or pushed to your LMS) in one run.

Yes. The most common credential templates on manufacturing accounts are PPE awareness, lockout-tagout (LOTO), confined space entry, hot work permit, hazcom and GHS, fall protection, forklift / powered industrial truck (PIT) initial and three-year recertification, and AWS D1.1 welding qualification records. Each carries the operator's photo, equipment class, evaluator signature and expiry date.
Can I track ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 internal auditor training cohorts?
Yes. Quality teams use it for internal auditor training under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 environmental, ISO 45001 occupational health and safety, ISO 13485 medical device, ISO 22000 food safety with HACCP modules, and IATF 16949 for automotive suppliers. Each certificate captures the standard, clauses covered, training hours and the assessor. The verification page is what your customers and registrar audit teams actually click.
How do EHS auditors and customer audits verify the certificates?
Every certificate has a unique verification URL and QR code. An EHS auditor, a customer quality engineer doing a supplier audit, or a registrar surveillance auditor scans it from their phone. The verification page shows the issuing plant, the operator, the date, the training course, expiry if relevant, and the evaluator. The record cannot be tampered with, which is the practical difference between a printed PDF binder and a verifiable training record.
Can a global manufacturer report across multiple plants and sites?
Yes. A corporate account can issue under multiple plant identities using sub-accounts, so each site's certificates carry their own logo, evaluator signatures and ISO certificate numbers, while training compliance reporting rolls up to corporate EHS. We have manufacturers running 8 to 40 plants on a single rollup.
Does this integrate with EHS software like Intelex, Cority or ProcessMAP?
Yes through the API and webhook layer. When a training event is closed in Intelex, Cority, ProcessMAP, Enablon or your LMS, it can fire a webhook that issues the certificate, returns the verification URL and writes the URL back into the EHS system as the training record of evidence. Most integrations we have built take a working day from a customer's IT team.
